These Terms and Conditions apply to all dance classes, workshops, courses, and private sessions (collectively referred to as the “Classes”) provided by Flow Dance.  By booking, purchasing, or attending any Class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments

1.1. All Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system or by direct agreement.

1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3. Prices are listed in Dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

1.4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already paid for.

2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

2.1. Student cancellations

Classes, courses, and workshops are non-refundable.

Missed classes cannot be refunded.

You may transfer your booking to another person only with prior written approval.

2.2. Instructor cancellations

If we cancel a Class, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future Class.

We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred (such as travel or accommodation).

3. Attendance and Punctuality

3.1. Please arrive on time. 

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such cases.

4. Health and Physical Condition

4.1. Dance is a physical activity and involves a risk of injury.

4.2. By attending Classes, you confirm that:

You are physically fit and able to participate.

You do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent safe participation, or you have consulted a qualified healthcare professional.

4.3. You are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before the Class.

4.4. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Dance its instructors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Classes.

5.2. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. All students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants.

6.2. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Class without refund.
